Enthusiasm for technology marked the beginning of my career. But during my professional development I came to recognize the pivotal role people play in the success of companies and projects. I discovered how inspiring it is to work with people who are all committed to achieving a common goal. Throughout my career I've worked as a software developer, project and program manager, and now I'm a trainer and consultant. These experiences have taught me how much can be achieved by an open attitude, clear objectives and the right tools and training.

With mangalatraining, I'm passing on my technical skills, knowledge and experience to companies and organizations that want to sustainably improve the way they operate and that see their employees for what they really are - their greatest resource.

My career overview:

• Degree in electrical engineering (Technische Universität, Berlin)
• Over 20 years of professional experience in software development in various sectors and in companies of various sizes (between four and 30,000 employees)
• More than eight years experience as a project and program manager
• Management of critical business programs in the area of mobile telecommunications software
• Management of multinational teams of over 50 employees
• Responsible for outsourcing and cooperation with Indian software service providers
• Assisted with a successful CMMI Level 3 Appraisal
• Founded mangalatraining in 2008

I am certified as Program Management Professional (PgMP®) and as Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). This is an evidence for my competency in Project and Program Management.

In order to provide you a high training quality besides my professional competence I have undergone a qualification as BDVT Certified Trainer and Consultant. The BDVT is a professional association of German trainers, consultants and coaches.

In addition I am certified as NLP-Practitioner and NLP-Master.
